ROSATOM is represented in the AEC by Kirill Komarov. Mr. Komarov is First Deputy Director General for Corporate Development and International Business of Rosatom. He has been working in the Russian nuclear industry since 2006. He held executive positions in Rosatom’s fuel and machine-building divisions. In 2010, he was appointed the director of Atomenergoprom, a Rosatom company consolidating civilian assets of the Russian nuclear industry. Kirill Komarov has been responsible for the oversight of Rosatom’s foreign business activities since 2011. In 2015, he was appointed Rosatom’s first Deputy Director General.

In 2018-2020, Kirill Komarov was the World Nuclear Association Chairman. He is currently the WNA Vice Chairman.
