Regional Business Development Office of the Troms & Finnmark County Council

The Regional Business Development Office is a department under the County Council lead by Business Manager Nils Arne Johnsen and consist of approximately 40 employees divided between our offices Tromsø and Vadsø, Norway. The RBDO is funded partly by the national government of Norway, as well as return on investment from various ownerships and collaborations. The main goal of the RBDO is to facilitate and encourage business development in the region of Troms and Finnmark.
